Telecommunications Infrastructure Senior Manager
Pratt & Whitney
Direct infrastructure projects and service improvements for Pratt & Whitney Canada’s telecommunications environment at its Longueuil headquarters.
This Senior Manager reports to the Director, Infrastructure, Telecom & Operations, overseeing telecommunications and messaging services. Responsibilities include employee leadership, audiovisual standards, supplier performance, procurement, and issue resolution. The role operates Monday to Friday, exclusively on-site, within a French-speaking work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver telecommunications and messaging infrastructure projects
Develop service improvement plans and resolve service-related issues
Define and evolve audio/video equipment standards
Manage cellular and videoconferencing supplier performance
Support strategic plans across Pratt & Whitney and RTX
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with seven years, or master’s degree with five years
Practical wireless mobile technology experience
Practical IP videoconferencing and IP telephony experience
Messaging services and unified communications experience
Strong communication, collaboration, and cost control skills
Bring infrastructure leadership, service improvement, and enterprise communications expertise to Pratt & Whitney Canada’s on-site team.
