Plan and prioritize maintenance and projects across Town infrastructure and green spaces
Manage the department budget, fleet and equipment
Oversee capital projects and contractors on site
Build a safety‑first culture alongside our Safety department
Respond to residents and report to senior leadership and Council as needed
What you bring
3+ years in municipal or public works operations
3+ years supervising staff in a unionized environment
Post‑secondary education in a related field, or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of heavy equipment, fleet and small engines
Strong organizational skills and a valid driver's licence
Nice to have (or willing to get)
