Senior AV Infrastructure Project Manager

Lead enterprise AV and video conferencing infrastructure projects as a Senior Project Manager managing complex technology deployments. Apply deep project leadership across planning, delivery, and technical coordination.
This experienced Senior Project Manager leads AV, videoconferencing, and IT infrastructure projects from initiation through closeout. The work includes technology upgrades, refreshes, new installations, VoIP, procurement, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination. You will guide teams through design, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end AV and videoconferencing infrastructure deployments
Manage planning, schedules, budgets, resources, and delivery
Coordinate procurement, vendors, contractors, and contractual activities
Oversee system design, installation, approvals, testing, and quality
Manage stakeholder engagement, commissioning, handover, and closeout
Requirements:
10+ years of project management experience
5+ years with AV and video conferencing technologies
Strong knowledge of AV systems and IT infrastructure
Experience managing technical projects, procurement, budgets, and vendors
Public Sector or Justice Sector experience is an asset
Bring senior project management expertise across AV systems, video conferencing, VoIP, infrastructure, procurement, and stakeholder delivery.
