Shape complex utility infrastructure as a Senior Transmission Line Engineer Lead with Phasor in Mississauga, using PLS and Canadian transmission experience.
This newly created position leads Ontario transmission line engineering for medium and high-voltage overhead and underground projects. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will combine engineering judgment, proposal development, client engagement, and construction support across North American ECI and EPC work. The role includes mentoring engineers and designers.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead conceptual and detailed transmission line design
Develop feasibility studies, scopes, estimates, and engineering
Prepare proposals, technical approaches, budgets, and resource plans
Create design criteria and construction specifications
Conduct site visits, field reviews, and technical meetings
Requirements:

Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering
Professional Engineer registration in Ontario or eligibility
At least 10 years of Canadian transmission experience
Knowledge of CSA, CEC, IEEE, IEC, CIGRE, ANSI, and NEMA
Experience with industrial, utility, EPC, or ECI projects
Apply transmission design, PLS knowledge, and project leadership to critical medium and high-voltage infrastructure.
