Senior Manager Product Portfolio Management

Product portfolio management and bilingual leadership define this Senior Manager position at CBC/Radio-Canada, offered through a hybrid telework model.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Solutions, you will support business partners across Human Resources, Legal Services, and Service Center Solutions. The six-month renewable temporary assignment involves product management, project management, personnel management, and stakeholder relationships. You will guide product evolution strategies while aligning technology decisions with business needs and CBC/Radio-Canada’s strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop product evolution strategies aligned with business domain visions
Manage client relationships and participate in governance committee meetings
Oversee analysts and coordinate daily team activities
Monitor service levels, data security, integrity, and compliance
Manage contracts and relationships with external service providers
Requirements:
Experience in product management and project management
Experience in personnel management and leadership
Sound judgment and strong analytical skills
Advanced English and French reading and speaking skills
Intermediate English and French writing skills
