Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this manager oversees daily operations, maintenance, and overall property performance. The position combines technical knowledge with team leadership, resource management, and coordination of external service providers. Its purpose is to maintain building performance while supporting property business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily property operations, maintenance, and performance
Lead operations teams through clear priorities and coordination
Maintain efficient building systems and infrastructure
Manage preventative maintenance and asset reliability programs
Coordinate contractors, budgets, repairs, and improvement projects
Requirements:
At least 10 years in building operations or facilities management
Minimum seven years in supervisory or management positions
Strong mechanical and electrical building systems knowledge
Experience managing maintenance in complex properties
Strong leadership, organization, judgment, and problem-solving abilities
