Enterprise EHS Management Systems Manager

Lead enterprise EHS management systems at MDA Space, applying process design and governance expertise across Business Areas. This role supports consistent, flexible operations.
The Enterprise EHS Management System Manager owns governance elements, management system architecture, digital tools, reporting methodologies, and performance measurement processes. You will develop standards, tools, training models, and templates while aligning the framework with regulatory requirements and business needs. The role also drives continuous improvement across MDA Space.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Enterprise EHS Framework documents and tools
Define standards, requirements, and governance processes
Lead periodic reviews of EHS methodologies
Develop common processes, templates, procedures, and guidance
Facilitate consistency across Business Areas
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
7+ years in EHS systems, governance, or improvement
Experience implementing ISO-based management systems
Strong process design, project, and change management skills
Enterprise digital platforms and data governance experience
Shape MDA Space’s enterprise EHS framework through governance, standardization, digital enablement, and continuous improvement.
