Online Video Publisher Partnerships Manager

Lead online video publisher partnerships with Minute in Canada, combining consultative client support, account strategy, and performance-focused communication.
This intermediate, full-time Publisher Account Manager role supports partners using Minute’s monetization solutions and online video player. You will own onboarding, account communications, upsell activity, and adoption of the platform. Collaboration spans the VP of Publisher Services, Business Development, Operations, and Business Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular business reviews with publisher accounts
Demonstrate upsell products and meet quarterly revenue goals
Proactively discuss account optimization opportunities with clients
Advocate partner requirements with internal Minute teams
Refine account management processes with Publisher Services
Requirements:
Five-plus years of sales or account management experience
Publisher, SSP, DSP, or similar industry background preferred
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis
Professional communication across organizational levels
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
