Key Responsibilities:
Lead and review complex year-end audit engagements
Oversee consolidations, acquisitions, and multi-entity structures
Provide technical guidance under IFRS and U.S. GAAP
Build relationships with executives and finance leaders
Support transaction-driven audits and exit readiness
Requirements:
CPA designation
Eight or more years of progressive audit experience
Three to four or more years managing consolidations
Experience auditing private equity-backed portfolio companies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Use private equity audit expertise, technical judgment, and relationship-building strength to deliver quality assurance services at BDO.
