Director Strategy and Transformation

Lead enterprise strategy and performance at Niagara Peninsula Energy Inc., advancing AI adoption, data analytics, and organization-wide transformation across Ontario. This leadership role partners with senior teams to translate strategy into measurable action.
Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the Director drives innovation, performance, process optimization, and digitization. The position aligns business units with corporate objectives while developing insights, overseeing major initiatives, and supporting strategic decisions. Advanced capabilities in AI, enterprise platforms, project portfolios, and stakeholder management are central to the mandate.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate corporate strategy into measurable plans and objectives
Establish performance indicators, milestones, dashboards, and scorecards
Oversee project intake, prioritization, governance, and reporting
Lead analytics for optimization, improvement, and risk mitigation
Report progress, risks, constraints, and recommendations to leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data science, engineering, or related field
Minimum five years’ progressive leadership experience
Leadership experience in strategic planning and business transformation
Six Sigma and/or Lean certification required
Experience presenting to a Board of Directors
Bring strategic planning, AI, analytics, and performance leadership to NPEI’s continuing transformation and enterprise-wide improvement agenda.
