Shape practical technology solutions for Personal Banking in Toronto, connecting business requirements, enterprise architecture, and cross-functional delivery through hybrid contract work.
The End-to-End Technical Lead works across complex banking initiatives rather than focusing solely on application development. This position partners with solution and enterprise architects to resolve technical challenges and align solutions with regulatory, security, resiliency, and enterprise standards. You will facilitate design discussions, assess impacts, and guide implementation planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Define solution approaches with solution and enterprise architects
Assess technical options, impacts, risks, and dependencies
Facilitate technical design discussions and solution reviews
Bridge business, architecture, engineering, and project leadership
Support development, integration testing, and implementation activities
Requirements:
Eight years of complex enterprise technology delivery experience
Banking or financial services background, preferably Personal Banking
Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
Understanding of deployment, resiliency, security, and operations
Use architecture, stakeholder management, and solution assessment expertise to guide dependable technology delivery across Personal Banking.
