Procurement Governance Systems Advisor

Lead procurement governance and systems improvements in Montréal with AI, analytics, and third-party risk management expertise. Support North American procurement operations.
Cogeco Communications Inc. seeks an Advisor, Procurement Governance and Systems reporting to the Manager, Governance and Analytics. This regular position strengthens procurement frameworks across North America through process, system, tool, and reporting improvements. You will manage third-party risk programs, sustainable procurement practices, and ethical initiatives while supporting compliance with policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead AI transformation and related global procurement initiatives
Optimize ERP, S2C, Google Suite, and AI tools
Analyze spend, contracts, suppliers, risks, and performance data
Manage TPRM frameworks, emergencies, providers, and reporting
Maintain sustainable procurement and supplier diversity programs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a relevant discipline
Three to five years of similar or relevant experience
Fluency in French and English, written and spoken
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or Machine Learning
Knowledge of S2P, ERP, SQL, Excel, and reporting tools
