Senior Project Manager Consulting
WSP
Lead complex consulting projects with WSP using project governance, financial management, and multidisciplinary team leadership. Work from Winnipeg, Edmonton, or Regina.
WSP seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager for complex, multidisciplinary projects and programs. You will guide delivery strategy, client relationships, risk management, financial performance, and quality oversight. The work requires sound judgment, consulting experience, and clear leadership through technical complexity.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
Manage scope, schedules, costs, forecasts, risks, and changes
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and external partners
Serve as primary client contact with timely communication
Support proposals through RFP review, scoping, scheduling, and estimating
Requirements:
Typically 15+ years of relevant project management experience
Consulting, engineering, environmental, infrastructure, or related professional services background
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex client requirements
Strong commercial, financial, communication, and leadership skills
Relevant designation or PMP certification where applicable
Bring senior project leadership, financial acumen, risk management, and client communication expertise to WSP’s multidisciplinary consulting work.
