Mill Maintenance Superintendent Colonsay
Mosaic
Lead surface maintenance in Colonsay with Mosaic, applying industrial reliability expertise and visible leadership to site assets. This position is based in Saskatchewan, Canada.
Reporting to the Senior Mill Manager, the Mill Maintenance Superintendent leads maintenance strategy for mechanical and electrical assets. You will direct supervisors, tradespeople, and contractors while managing planning, scheduling, budgets, reliability programs, and regulatory compliance. The role supports safe, efficient operations and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and direct the Surface Maintenance Group
Establish maintenance goals with Planning and Scheduling
Manage budgets, expenditures, purchases, and capital work
Enforce workflow practices and accountability standards
Coach teams and address performance issues professionally
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, technical diploma, or journeyperson certification
Three to five years’ similar extensive experience may qualify
Five to seven or more years’ supervisory experience
Seven to ten or more years’ industrial experience
Proficiency with MS Office and SAP S/4HANA
Bring maintenance leadership, mechanical and electrical knowledge, and industrial experience to Mosaic’s Colonsay operations.
