Facility Operations Manager BGIS
BGIS
Lead facility operations for BGIS while applying technical knowledge, safety oversight, and client communication across visible building sites.
As Facility Manager II, you will own activity across one or multiple properties totaling 500,000 to one million square feet. You will collaborate with BGIS departments, clients, tenants, and technical teams to operate buildings safely, cost effectively, and efficiently. The work includes building systems, work orders, budgets, vendors, and occupant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee facility operations across multiple properties and tenants
Maintain technical systems, maintenance schedules, and asset integrity
Manage work orders, timelines, priorities, and associated costs
Coordinate client, tenant, vendor, and BGIS communications
Develop budgets and monitor financial performance
Requirements:
Five to ten years in property or facility management
Strong technical knowledge and building standards understanding
Excellent people management and communication skills
Strong analytical, planning, organization, and negotiation skills
Strong computer skills and customer focus
Bring facility operations leadership, technical oversight, and stakeholder communication to BGIS buildings and client contracts.
