Insurance Operations Manager PPI

Shape insurance operations at PPI, an independent subsidiary of iA Financial, through workflow leadership, service standards, and advisor-focused support. Alberta travel is required.
This Manager, Business Operations leads New Business, Policy Service, and Office Coordination teams across Alberta. The work combines insurance distribution knowledge with performance management, reporting, audits, and process improvement. You will partner with Sales leadership, support consistent regional practices, and help employees navigate evolving priorities and operational updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership for regional workflow and service delivery
Partner with Sales leadership on advisor concerns and priorities
Implement controls and feedback mechanisms for performance monitoring
Conduct monthly operational audits and identify improvement opportunities
Lead employees through changing processes and business priorities
Requirements:
10+ years in insurance with life insurance administration knowledge
Understanding of insurance distribution and marketing or sales environments
Experience hiring, coaching, and developing employees
Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
Professional discretion, integrity, and confidentiality handling
