Manager Business Banking Data Analytics

Drive Business Banking reporting at BMO using SAS, SQL, Python, and Power BI across Canadian P&BB. Support accurate performance tracking and coaching insights.
As Manager, Business Banking Analytics, you will develop, optimize, and maintain reporting initiatives aligned with immediate and long-term objectives. Collaborate with DATA, Business Banking, and Salesforce teams on efficient reporting solutions. Serve as a subject matter expert for reporting portfolios spanning Salesforce, channels, product lines, or customer segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop scorecard dashboards using extraction, cleaning, and visualization techniques
Monitor weekly production processes and troubleshoot technical issues
Gather requirements and support reporting design, build, and testing
Create reports and provide ad hoc investigation support
Improve reporting accuracy, quality, integrity, and operational efficiency
Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline
Intermediate experience with SAS, SQL, and Python
Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools
Hands-on experience with large-scale analytical processes or models
Three to five years in a similar field an asset
Apply business and technology acumen to strengthen BMO reporting, dashboards, data quality, and decision support.
