Lead complex program execution and process transformation for Citi through structured project management and cross-functional stakeholder leadership globally.
As Vice President within Citi's PACE organization, you will lead high-impact workstreams across firmwide initiatives and business transformation priorities. Apply management consulting, program advisory, and project management expertise to turn ambiguous inputs into data-driven solutions. Partner with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and Technology teams to define requirements, target states, and delivery plans. Your work will support operating model transformation, solution implementation, testing, and measurable operational improvements across a complex financial services organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional program workstreams
Analyze complex data and processes for actionable solutions
Define requirements, objectives, plans, structures, and controls
Partner with Technology through design, implementation, and testing
Prepare communications and recommendations for senior stakeholders
Requirements:

At least seven years in management consulting and financial services
Proven complex end-to-end project and program management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency for data-driven presentations
Operating model and transformation experience in financial services
