Senior Credit Risk Adjudicator

Key Responsibilities:
Review and adjudicate credit applications and transactions independently
Monitor portfolios for policy and guideline compliance
Provide credit coaching, training, and stakeholder support
Recommend transaction terms, conditions, and collateral requirements
Identify emerging risks, trends, and strategic issues
Requirements:
Typically seven or more years of relevant experience
Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
Expert knowledge of banking products and services
Expert knowledge of regulations and credit portfolio policies
Expert analytical, communication, influence, and collaboration skills
Bring seasoned credit judgment, portfolio management expertise, and data-driven decision-making to BMO’s senior credit operations.
