The Senior Engineer II is a senior technical leadership position responsible for complex software delivery and engineering quality. You will independently lead ambiguous initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and influence project and team-level decisions. The role emphasizes strategic planning, mentorship, AI-assisted coding workflows, and clear communication with technical and business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead large, ambiguous, or mission-critical initiatives
Inform technical direction and long-term architectural evolution
Mentor engineers through technical and design challenges
Coordinate work across engineering groups and stakeholders
Raise engineering quality through tooling and documentation
Requirements:
Seven or more years solving complex technical challenges
Ability to provide deep technical guidance
Experience breaking projects into actionable components
Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with coworkers
Motivation to improve service quality, reliability, and performance
Use technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic planning to advance Prenuvo’s software engineering direction and patient-focused mission.
