Senior Wind Turbine Blade Technician

Advanced blade repair work awaits experienced IRATA Level 3 technicians across Canada, including remote wind farm sites. Travel is required 100% of the time.
Muehlhan Wind Service Canada is recruiting experienced Wind Turbine Blade Repair Technicians for the 2027 season. You will inspect and repair composite structures, leading edges, trailing edges, erosion, and cracks. The position combines rope access, HSE compliance, supervision, and technician mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and repair advanced wind turbine blade structures
Perform rope access operations under IRATA standards
Supervise rope teams and safe work systems
Lead risk assessments and enforce HSE procedures
Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 technicians
Requirements:
Valid IRATA Level 3 certification
At least three years of blade repair experience
Legal authorization to work in Canada
Availability to travel 100% of the time
