Strategic Sourcing Manager Consulting Services

Lead strategic sourcing for Consulting and Corporate Services at Manulife in Toronto’s hybrid workplace, using negotiation and analytics expertise. Shape commercial outcomes through supplier strategy, contracting, and stakeholder influence.
As a Sourcing Manager, you will lead complex procurement initiatives from intake through award and contract execution. Your work will span commercial models, rate cards, contract analysis, and third-party risk. You will partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and business stakeholders while supporting AI-enabled procurement improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex sourcing and contracting projects across Consulting and Corporate Services
Develop PxQ baselines, strategies, scopes, and supplier recommendations
Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, rate cards, and change orders
Manage Ivalua workflows and maintain Sirion documentation
Build dashboards covering pipeline, cycle time, savings, and cost avoidance
Requirements:
Six or more years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience
Consulting or Corporate Services sourcing, negotiation, and contracting experience
Strong commercial, analytical, market assessment, and negotiation skills
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; Power BI is an asset
Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience; professional designation is an asset
