Senior Civil Project Coordinator

Coordinate civil infrastructure projects with Dagmar Construction, focusing on safety, cost tracking, and field execution across Ajax and GTA sites. Support major works from planning through handover.
As Senior Project Coordinator, you will support bidding, preparation, engineering review, execution, and handover for assigned civil works projects. Reporting to the Project Director, you will coordinate with superintendents, site teams, clients, consultants, engineers, and subcontractors. Your work will support schedule, budget, company standards, safety protocols, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Health and Safety Program implementation and compliance monitoring
Assist tender bidding through quantity takeoffs and drawing reviews
Coordinate procurement, scopes, subcontractor selection, and performance monitoring
Track costs, forecasts, billing, and financial reports
Support meetings, change management, quality control, and progress reporting
Requirements:
Civil engineering background emphasizing construction management
Three to five years of infrastructure project coordination experience
Understanding of safety, environmental regulations, and execution practices
Ability to interpret drawings, contracts, specifications, and schedules
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project or Primavera, and Bluebeam
Bring civil coordination, safety, cost control, and communication expertise to complex infrastructure projects across the GTA.
