Lead financial reporting and investment accounting in a hybrid Associate Director role requiring one office day weekly. Strengthen controls across multiple entities.
This experienced finance leader oversees accounting and reporting functions in a complex, multi-entity environment. The role covers consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, regulatory compliance, and financial stewardship. Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will support organizational decision-making while developing accounting practices and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare pension statements, management reports, filings, and audit documentation
Oversee general ledger integrity, consolidations, and financial close
Lead budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and variance reporting
Coordinate external audits and regulatory compliance requirements
Strengthen controls, accounting policies, processes, and financial systems
Requirements:
CPA designation required
Five to eight years of progressive finance experience
Three or more years in a leadership role
Multi-entity reporting and consolidation experience
Not-for-profit and pension plan reporting knowledge required
Bring technical accounting, analytical leadership, and reporting expertise to guide financial integrity across multiple entities.
