Senior Systems Engineer San Jose

Support San Jose and Bay Area customers as a Senior Systems Engineer specializing in Windows infrastructure and remote support. On-site work represents approximately 70-80% of this role.
ContinuServe seeks a Senior Systems Engineer for its MSP division. You will oversee client technology infrastructure across networks, servers, storage, and cloud services. The position serves diverse customers while coordinating with Managers, Service Coordinators, and Engineers to meet service-level commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Support client networks, servers, storage, and infrastructure daily
Maintain infrastructure remotely and at customer sites
Architect and implement virtualization and cloud projects
Resolve escalated network and system issues
Represent ContinuServe professionally with clients
Requirements:
Five or more years administering Windows networks and servers
Strong Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and security experience
Hands-on firewall, switching, wireless, and virtualization experience
Five or more years working in information technology
Strong communication and customer service skills
