Financial Crimes Testing Manager
The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada)
Lead Financial Crime Risk Management testing at TD in Toronto, applying critical thinking and AML expertise to control reviews.
This manager oversees FCRM practitioners and end-to-end testing engagements. The work includes analytical research, risk assessment, stakeholder collaboration, and independent opinions on process and control adequacy. You will also guide follow-up activity and regulatory alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee testing reviews and validate action plans
Conduct analytical research during testing engagements
Present independent opinions on processes and controls
Lead end-to-end testing communication and reporting
Escalate matters requiring additional attention or review
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
Seven or more years in audit, AML, or Financial Crimes testing
Strong knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
ACAMS certification preferred
Bring AML knowledge, critical thinking, and testing leadership to TD’s Financial Crime Risk Management team in Toronto.
