Lead end-to-end product design in Toronto for a complex B2B financial services platform using Figma and FigJam.
This Senior Product Designer role requires five-plus years of experience and ownership from discovery through development handover. You will simplify complex workflows through systems thinking, user research, and process mapping. Collaboration spans business stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Own a product area from discovery through development support
Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders and subject-matter experts
Map processes, tasks, and system flows
Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and user stories
Conduct moderated research and validate design decisions
Requirements:
Five-plus years as a Senior Product or UX/UI Designer
Strong proficiency with Figma and FigJam
End-to-end product design experience
Systems thinking across complex workflows
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
