Senior PCI Compliance Specialist
The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada)
Lead PCI DSS compliance for TD Insurance in Toronto, applying advanced risk knowledge and stakeholder management across a complex program. This 37.5-hour role requires end-to-end accountability.
As a senior Information Security Specialist, you will own annual planning, scope validation, assessment support, remediation, attestation, and ongoing compliance. You will translate PCI requirements for business, technology, security, operations, and third-party teams. The work includes governance, evidence management, reporting, and regulatory consultation.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the TD Insurance PCI compliance program
Maintain scope, inventories, data flows, and control ownership
Coordinate assessors, auditors, control owners, and service providers
Drive evidence readiness, remediation, and validated closure
Lead governance meetings and executive reporting
Requirements:
Hands-on ownership of a PCI DSS program or substantial workstream
Advanced knowledge of scoping, evidence, testing, and remediation
Experience coordinating assessors, auditors, technology, and business stakeholders
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
University degree or equivalent practical experience
Bring PCI delivery, governance, remediation, and communication expertise to TD Insurance’s Toronto security program.
