Aerospace Defense Integration Lead

Shape Bombardier Defense proposals in Dorval by integrating aircraft systems, managing technical reviews, and aligning solutions with customer requirements and deadlines.
As an aerospace defense integration lead, you will coordinate technical inputs across Engineering and non-Engineering groups. Your responsibilities include developing comprehensive bid packages, reviewing proposals, engaging suppliers, and supporting missionized aircraft service requests. The position calls for strong judgment, initiative, and communication in English and French.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as focal point for defense bids and proposals
Coordinate supplier activities throughout bidding phases
Review proposals for technical bid alignment
Identify risks and facilitate issue resolution
Support service requests involving missionized aircraft
Requirements:
Eight years aerospace industry experience minimum
Demonstrated aerospace and defense integration experience
Knowledge of special mission aircraft modifications preferred
Proposal writing or flight testing experience is an asset
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Bring aerospace integration, proposal coordination, supplier engagement, and decisive leadership to Bombardier’s defense engineering work.
