Employee Communications Strategy Consultant

Shape internal communications strategies remotely at Allstate, using executive storytelling and audience-focused writing to support customer-facing stakeholders.
As an Employee Communications Consultant, you will advise Human Resources, Law & Regulation, and Risk teams. You will develop communication plans, create content, and collaborate across functions. Your work supports business objectives through clear, effective employee communications and informed recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop communication strategies for Human Resources, Law & Regulation, and Risk
Advise stakeholders and executives through presentations, scripts, and articles
Collaborate on internal communications for special and ongoing projects
Measure communication effectiveness using data and analytics
Research trends, best practices, and employee feedback
Requirements:
Advanced storytelling and strong written and oral communication skills
Experience consulting with executives and senior management
Experience writing technology content for varied audiences
Project management and communication planning skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and industry-standard tools
Bring strategic counsel, executive writing, storytelling, and measurement skills to Allstate’s remote employee communications team.
