Wastewater Project Construction Manager

Oversee construction for the J.R. Marcotte wastewater disinfection project, coordinating schedules, budgets, safety, and multidisciplinary site activities in Montreal.
AtkinsRéalis seeks an experienced Construction Manager for engineering design and construction supervision at the Montréal Wastewater Treatment Plant. Serve as Resident Engineer while coordinating contractors, inspectors, engineers, and the client. The project includes oxygen production, ozone generation, and a 315/25 kV electrical substation. Apply experience with municipal infrastructure, public contracts, regulated environments, and multidisciplinary construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor project schedules and track budget performance
Coordinate site meetings with project stakeholders
Manage progress claims and payment recommendations
Coordinate commissioning of systems and mechanical equipment
Review RFIs and shop drawings
Requirements:
Ten years on large-scale projects or equivalent programs
Field experience in complex regulated operational environments
Knowledge of municipal sector and public contracts
Experience with Quebec drawings, codes, and standards
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Project
Use your wastewater construction, commissioning, and project controls experience to support this significant AtkinsRéalis infrastructure assignment.
