Bilingual Senior Project Estimator
WSP in Canada
Shape cost certainty as a bilingual Senior Estimator with WSP, using CAPEX, OPEX, and construction estimating across Canada. Collaborate with national project teams.
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will support WSP’s Energy, Resources and Industry Project Controls team. The work spans industrial, mining, oil and gas, and power generation projects. Your estimates cover feasibility through engineering, procurement, construction management, commissioning, closure, and decommissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine estimating models for complex projects
Deliver CAPEX, OPEX, owner-cost, and construction estimates
Assess changes, claims, delays, risks, and material requirements
Resolve assumptions, contract changes, and claims with stakeholders
Mentor junior estimators and share consistent methods
Requirements:
Extensive estimating experience on complex capital projects
Advanced CAPEX, OPEX, owner-cost, and construction estimating ability
Advanced Microsoft Excel and practical Microsoft Office proficiency
Professional fluency in English and French
Ability to manage deadlines, ambiguity, and evolving scopes
Bring bilingual communication, analytical judgment, and project estimating expertise to WSP’s complex capital investments across Canada.
