Quality Assurance Manager ISO 9001

Lead ISO 9001 quality systems onsite in East End, Toronto, using audit leadership and CAPA expertise across precision manufacturing operations.
This senior Quality Assurance Manager reports to the Chief Operating Officer and owns the organization’s Quality Management System. You will maintain compliance, strengthen manufacturing processes, and improve accountability across production, engineering, and supply chain. The work centers on audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead development and improvement of the Quality Management System
Maintain ISO 9001 and regulatory quality compliance
Lead internal, external, customer, and certification audits
Manage non-conformances, CAPA, and effectiveness verification
Report QMS performance, risks, and priorities to leadership
Requirements:
10+ years in manufacturing quality or QMS leadership
Strong ISO 9001 knowledge and audit experience
Expertise in root cause analysis and CAPA
Experience improving QMS documentation and quality controls
Relevant education in Quality, Engineering, or related discipline
