This Senior Interior Designer role spans multiple project types and phases, from early workplace strategy and concept development to construction administration. You will guide teams, resolve design and technical challenges, and protect approved design intent through implementation. Strong communication, organization, and leadership are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as design lead across multiple workplace project phases
Translate client objectives into practical, innovative interior concepts
Lead presentations, workshops, coordination sessions, and project meetings
Resolve constructability, code, budget, and delivery challenges
Support bidding, site reviews, submittals, and requests for information
Requirements:

Seven or more years designing interior environments
Demonstrated leadership in corporate workplace interiors
Experience managing deliverables, consultants, and project outcomes
Strong written, verbal, graphic, and presentation communication
Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe, and three dimensional visualization proficiency
Use project leadership, workplace planning knowledge, and technical judgment to deliver thoughtful interiors across Arcadis assignments.
