Air Canada seeks a Product Delivery Specialist for its IT Products team. You will coordinate features across distribution platforms, NDC, B2B solutions, payment solutions, and multiple teams. The work connects Product Management, Engineering, Operations, suppliers, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex features from planning through release and operational transition
Maintain integrated plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks, testing, and readiness
Coordinate cross-functional delivery across PODs, systems, suppliers, and partners
Facilitate readiness reviews, release decisions, stabilization, and operational handover
Provide transparent updates on progress, risks, decisions, and delivery confidence
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field
Experience leading complex product delivery or cross-functional technology initiatives
Understanding of Agile delivery, backlogs, dependencies, and release readiness
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, dashboards, or equivalent tools
Strong facilitation, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Bring integrated delivery planning, release readiness, and stakeholder leadership to Air Canada's Montreal IT Products team.
