Mining Mill Operator FIFO Rotation

Use milling experience and mechanical aptitude as a Mill Operator supporting ore processing on a 14/14 FIFO rotation with camp.
At West Red Lake Gold Mines Ltd., Mill Operators support operations at the Madsen Gold Mine in Red Lake, Ontario. The position requires safe equipment operation, circuit monitoring, physical readiness, and hazard recognition. Experience with mobile equipment and demanding milling conditions supports daily performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure safe, efficient ore processing through mill circuits
Monitor and operate grinding and leaching systems
Support reagents, tailings, crushing, and elution operations
Operate or monitor the control room circuits
Recognize hazards while working in dusty, noisy areas
Requirements:
Three or more years of milling environment experience
Strong commitment to safety standards
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
Physical ability for lifting, shoveling, and 12-hour shifts
Ability to complete day and night 14/14 rotations
