Surface Land A&D Analyst Calgary

Analyze surface land records in Calgary for acquisition and divestiture transactions, using strong due diligence and documentation skills. This is full-time contract work at a client’s office.
LandSolutions seeks Surface A&D Analysts for its Land & Property Advisory Solutions team. You will review agreements, ownership information, obligations, and supporting records for transaction portfolios. The work requires identifying discrepancies, risks, and outstanding requirements affecting acquisitions and divestitures.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct surface land due diligence for acquisition and divestiture transactions
Validate agreements, records, interests, obligations, and ownership information
Analyze leases, rights-of-way, easements, and access agreements
Track findings, exceptions, outstanding items, and transaction deadlines
Support surface land schedules and pre-close activities
Requirements:
Five or more years in land, A&D, or joint venture analysis
Oil and gas experience
Post-secondary education in a related field
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and land tenure systems
Microsoft Office 365 and land systems proficiency
Bring surface land expertise, analytical judgment, and documentation accuracy to LandSolutions transaction due diligence in Calgary.
