Buildings West Project Manager Edmonton

Lead building project delivery from Edmonton with expertise in planning, scheduling, and construction execution. Travel to project sites is required.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, this Project Manager oversees total delivery across pre-construction and construction. The work coordinates safety, quality, budget, schedule, contracts, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include project controls, financial management, risk, quality, and turnover.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Master Project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6
Coordinate contracts, subcontracts, permits, and preconstruction planning
Monitor construction schedules, productivity, progress, and subcontractor performance
Manage project finances, billing, forecasting, payments, and reporting
Implement quality, safety, environmental, commissioning, and turnover requirements
Requirements:
Ability to manage total building project delivery
Knowledge of safety, quality, budget, and schedule requirements
Ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders professionally
Ability to manage contracts, subcontracts, and commercial obligations
Availability for travel to project sites from Edmonton
