As a Technology Director, you will connect broad technical expertise with client needs and commercial objectives. The work includes artificial intelligence, front-end and back-end development, mobile applications, testing, and platform engineering. You will support solutions for personalization, product finders, content scaling, commerce, and agentic experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage AI tools and processes to accelerate secure delivery
Partner with Google Cloud Platform and AI providers
Champion composable enterprise digital experience platforms
Educate clients on web and mobile technology trends
Evaluate and optimize customer experience solutions through data
Requirements:
Proven leadership scaling modern web and mobile applications
Experience delivering personalization and transaction-focused digital solutions
Deep knowledge of project management and system architecture
Ability to recommend build-versus-buy decisions strategically
Experience managing technical, staffing, scoping, and relationship risks
Use AI-led delivery, composable platforms, and customer experience expertise to guide APPLY’s digital transformation engagements.
