About the Role
A well-established general contractor and construction management firm in Toronto is looking for a seasoned Site Superintendent to lead its commercial interiors and corporate fit-out projects. This is a hands‑on role. You will run the day‑to‑day on site, from demo through closeout, on high‑end tenant improvement projects including professional workspaces, multi‑floor office build‑outs and corporate headquarters.
Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day site operations on commercial interior and corporate fit‑out projects, from demolition through closeout
Coordinate and manage trades and subtrades on site
Manage the project schedule and flag delays early
Enforce health and safety requirements and keep daily site documentation current
Drive quality control and manage deficiency lists through to close‑out
Work closely with the project team, clients and stakeholders to keep projects on track
Qualifications
7+ years of site supervision experience in commercial interiors and office fit‑outs, including projects over $5M
Strong grasp of scheduling, trade coordination, health and safety, and quality control
Track record of delivering projects on time, on budget and to a high standard
Strong leadership and a collaborative, “one team” mindset
Compensation and Benefits
$110,000–$150,000 per year, depending on experience
