Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Lead
Biogen, Inc.
Lead specialty pharmaceutical growth for Biogen across GTA and Southwestern Ontario through strategic accounts and purposeful customer engagement. This full-time field role requires commercial acumen and territory leadership.
The Partnership Lead, Specialty serves as Biogen’s primary contact for Neuropsychiatry and Neurology points of care. You will translate insights into action, coordinate cross-functional partners, and improve patient pathways to care. The role emphasizes account planning, customer experience, and disciplined execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive patient identification and referrals for Biogen therapies
Promote brands, programs, services, and technology
Develop and optimize strategic account plans
Analyze territory performance and market trends
Manage budgets and administrative requirements
Requirements:
Minimum five years progressive specialty or biotech field sales experience
Demonstrated product launch success
Neuropsychiatry, Neurology, or rare disease experience considered an asset
Strong communication, relationship-building, and commercial acumen
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50% to 70%
