Lead Samsung Electronics Canada’s Home Electronics sales strategy through channel leadership, partner relationships, and cross-functional execution across Canada, the United States, and Korea.
As Director of Sales, you will oversee Canadian sales for TV, Sound Device, Memory, and Monitor Products. You will guide National, Online, Regional, B2B, and Independent Channels while developing strategies grounded in retailer analysis, financial performance, consumer insights, product portfolios, promotions, inventory, and client relationships. This senior role includes team leadership, coaching, executive communication, and collaboration with Samsung global business units.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction across Samsung’s Home Electronics sales channels
Lead, coach, and develop the Canadian Home Electronics sales team
Develop customer agreements, pricing programs, and marketing promotions
Manage forecasts, inventory alignment, budgets, and performance reporting
Build partner relationships and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA is a plus
Minimum 12 years of related experience preferred
Intimate knowledge of the Electronics industry
Experience with CE channels and main reseller players
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other software
Bring strategic sales leadership, relationship management, and Electronics industry expertise to Samsung’s Canadian Home Electronics business.
