Senior Manager First Party Fraud Analytics

Lead BMO’s first party fraud analytics strategy at 100 King Street West using machine learning and behavioral insights to strengthen lending risk decisions.
This senior analytical leadership role advances enterprise fraud management across lending products. You will develop fraud rules, predictive models, monitoring tools, and dashboards. The position supports detection, loss attribution, real time decisioning, and balanced business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop risk based rules for first party fraud behaviors
Optimize triggers, alerts, and lending risk monitoring capabilities
Build early warning indicators, dashboards, and portfolio metrics
Evaluate rule effectiveness through testing and loss analysis
Partner with investigations, operations, technology, and risk stakeholders
Requirements:
Advanced expertise in fraud analytics and predictive modeling
Strong knowledge of lending related first party fraud
Proficiency with SQL, Python, Power BI, Dataiku, or SAS
Bachelor’s degree and typically seven to ten years’ experience
Experience with TransUnion, Equifax, and risk engines
