Managing Director Manufacturing Operations

Lead financial and operational performance as Managing Director, overseeing multiple business entities, strategic planning, and daily operations. Regular workplace attendance and travel are required.
This managerial role converts strategy into actionable business plans and annual budgets. You will oversee business performance through General Managers, manage functional leaders, and support operational excellence. The position requires financial statement expertise, ERP proficiency, and manufacturing or commercial service experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across assigned business units
Convert strategy into business plans and annual budgets
Monitor key performance goals and KPI results
Lead functional leaders, hiring, and talent development
Evaluate investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or similar
At least eight years of comprehensive leadership experience
At least five years of P&L accountability
Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
