Director Finance Service Business

Lead finance strategy for Husky Technologies’ service business in Bolton, Ontario, using forecasting and performance analysis to guide profitable growth.
The Finance Director partners with the Leadership Team and Customer Success Management on global service operations. This senior role leads planning, reporting, governance, decision support, and transformation across field service, contracts, parts, and aftermarket offerings. It connects operational and commercial drivers to clear financial plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning
Analyze revenue, margins, costs, headcount, and operational performance
Evaluate pricing, contracts, investments, and new service offerings
Develop dashboards, KPIs, reporting tools, and self-service analytics
Build and develop a high-performing finance team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
Ten-plus years’ progressive FP&A or finance experience
Strong modeling, forecasting, and business analysis skills
Advanced Excel and ERP or planning-system proficiency
Executive communication and stakeholder-management capability
Bring strategic finance leadership, service-business analysis, and forecasting expertise to Husky Technologies’ Customer Success Management organization.
