Reporting to the CFO, this Vice President Finance oversees financial management, reporting, and operational finance. The position requires expertise in accounting, forecasting, financial modelling, and decision-making. You will support financial performance and long-term stability for a diversified privately-held company growing across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial reporting and maintain effective controls
Direct budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
Oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, and financial systems
Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation
Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team
Requirements:
Approximately 12 or more years of accounting and reporting experience
Three to five years at Director or Vice President level
Public-company reporting experience across finance functions
Strong technical accounting and preferred IFRS experience
University degree and understanding of tax planning
