The Embedded Development Team Lead works within an agile team developing complex software for space applications. This technical leader collaborates across Systems, Digital, and RF disciplines while planning team work packages. The position also coordinates delivery within schedule and budget.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect and design satellite software with multidisciplinary engineering teams
Implement embedded software using stated development practices
Coordinate team work packages within schedule and budget
Support flight code integration and testing within flight units
Report progress status to the program manager
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
Minimum 10 years of embedded software development experience
Experience leading agile software development teams
Strong C++, C, and Python skills
Experience with complex SoCs, low-level drivers, and hardware debugging
