Construction Field Lead Supervisor

Supervise construction-focused field teams through scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and OSHA compliance. Exodigo’s schedule requires 100% travel Monday through Friday.
The Field Lead Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership across multiple crews and large-scale project sites. You will support Field Leads, coordinate trade partners, manage site logistics, and monitor project performance. This position emphasizes safe, efficient, and high-quality operations delivered on schedule and within budget. The role reports to the Regional Manager and involves frequent regional travel, with occasional nationwide travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners
Oversee trade scheduling and site logistics
Monitor risks, delays, and project progress
Implement solutions keeping projects on track
Maintain Exodigo methodologies, processes, and technology platforms
Requirements:
Five-plus years in construction, utilities, infrastructure, or surveying
Two years supervising multiple teams or sites
Strong construction and field safety knowledge
Ability to coach Field Leads on performance and accountability
Valid driver’s license and remote-site travel ability
Use construction coordination, safety knowledge, and field leadership to guide Exodigo projects across urban, rural, and remote sites.
