SAP SuccessFactors Learning Manager

SAP SuccessFactors Learning expertise meets client leadership in this full-time, on-site Calgary role at EY. Lead LMS transformations through technology.
As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will deliver end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Learning implementations for client organizations. The work combines solution leadership, technical expertise, strategic thinking, and measurable business outcomes. You will guide complex HR transformations while developing junior consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Define learning strategies with clients and design scalable LMS solutions
Lead Learning module configuration, deployment, and optimization
Manage requirements, solution design, testing, and deployment
Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and stakeholder presentations
Mentor junior consultants and contribute practice development materials
Requirements:
Six or more years in SAP SuccessFactors implementations
Deep expertise in Learning Management Systems
SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification
Experience guiding client engagements and complex HR transformations
Technical expertise with strategic thinking
Bring SAP SuccessFactors Learning leadership, LMS expertise, and implementation experience to EY’s Calgary HR Technology practice.
