As Project Manager, you will coordinate design, budgets, schedules, and construction activities with the Superintendent. You will manage owner and architect communication while supporting project delivery. The position requires construction experience, contract software knowledge, and effective team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage construction from pre-construction through completion
Coordinate design, budgets, schedules, and project activities
Prepare accurate owner billings and support subcontractor payments
Monitor cost reports, forecasts, estimates, and cash flow
Lead meetings and communicate project risks to management
Requirements:

Construction degree, diploma, or equivalent technical training
Three or more years of construction experience
Working knowledge of construction scopes and activities
Experience with scheduling, project management, and contract software
Ability to mentor, delegate, and maintain client relations
Bring construction leadership, cost control, scheduling, and client communication skills to EllisDon’s Ontario Building Group projects.
